Ainsley tours John Watling's Distillery and enjoys a taste or two of rum, then visits Graycliff for a conch chowder that is out of this world, in more ways than one, before making a trip to an island rum cake factory for some inspired extra ingredients for a Bahama Mama tiramisu.
