Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue has invited Ellie Simmonds back for a second visit to her kitchen after the two got on so well the first time - this occasion sees Paralympic gold medallist Ellie bake a coffee and walnut cake which the two enjoy with a cup of tea and a good catch-up. While Prue's food hero is a tea producer from the Vale of Glamorgan who makes loose leave tea and Kombucha tea, she has a versatile dish on the menu - a baked feta, roasted tomatoes and garlic dish which can be used as a starter.
