Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue is joined by old friend Raymond Blanc as he cooks a chocolate mousse - he calls it 'Maman Blanc' as it's a recipe that came from his mother. It's also a cheesecake day for Prue as she makes a Basque burnt cheesecake and a no-bake lemon and ginger cheesecake. Prue's food hero this time is Bold Beans and a farmer who produces some of the peas for the company - Prue and John then use some of those peas to make Indian pancakes with a carlin pea saag and paneer.
