Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue's guest is Strictly superstar dancer, Vito Coppola. Italian Vito loves food from home, so he comes 'armed' with his Nonna's recipe to cook Caprese al Limone, an Amalfi Coast-inspired lemon twist on a traditional almond cake. With the cake in the oven he finds time to give Prue a little dance lesson around her kitchen! It's pulled pork tacos on the menu for Prue - a Mexican-inspired party-treat served with a fresh pico de gallo salsa.
