Tom Kerridge Cooks Italy

Tom Kerridge is on the road in Puglia meeting producers who are as obsessed with growing ingredients as he is about cooking them. In his bespoke, vintage food truck he gets stuck in producing a staple of Italian cuisine passata before discovering the history of pomegranates in this region. In an area known as 'The Tabletop' he learns how farmers work day-in day-out to produce tomatoes for passata.
