In his bespoke, vintage food truck he uncovers the secret history of Siracusa lemons, something you see on mosaics and statues all around the island, before uncovering how iconic volcano Mount Etna impacts the stunning colours of blood oranges. He then cooks up delicious dishes that celebrate these citruses.
