Dermot O'Leary's culinary adventure takes him west to Ballycastle, a former Viking settlement and a jewel of the Causeway Coastal Route. With Rathlin Island on the horizon, Dermot heads out on a wildlife-watching trip, spotting seabirds and seals while uncovering the area's rich history. Back on shore and hungry from the sea air, he joins bakers Ciara and Dara at Ursa Minor, where they bake a blueberry pie using local fruit and a clever twist.
