It's Joanna's birthday and, while she tries to play down the passing of another year, she is delighted to receive a gift that she thinks is from gorgeous IT guru Lyndon Jones. It actually is, of course, from the less-than-gorgeous mustachioed radiology guru Alan Statham. Meanwhile, a major incident rocks the hospital when Guy thoughtfully compiles a `fanciability' league table of women in the hospital.
