Property Brothers: Buying & Selling

Parents Jeremy and LaShelle have outgrown their starter home and are looking for a spacious suburban property, but unless they can revamp their current home and sell it for top dollar, their dreams will remain well beyond their budget. Drew eventually convinces the reluctant couple to spend money in order to make money, but getting them to agree on the ideal home proves tricky.
