The Bill

Sally and Tony attend a road-traffic accident to find two men arguing over who's to blame. The Ukrainian girlfriend of one of them is injured and taken to hospital, but when she is asked to give a statement she is unable to produce any ID. Elsewhere, Terry is working undercover investigating claims that a violent loan shark is ordering acid attacks on the families of those who can't afford her rates.
