CID watch the video clip which suggests that Chloe Parks was abused by her father. Samantha questions Ben again and he admits that he and Chloe had sex in his car - but she initiated it. Will interviews Chloe's mother Karen, who is initially hostile but breaks down admitting she should have known something was going on. Martin Parks is arrested but then released when CCTV footage confirms his alibi.
