James Martin's American Adventure

The East Coast stretch of James' adventure takes him to the Hamptons. Known as being the playground of wealthy New Yorkers, the area has a rich farming history. James taps into this by visiting Amber Waves Farm, where he borrows their outdoor pizza oven to cook for the farmers using seasonal local produce.
