Ainsley's kicking off his journey across the Mediterranean in style on board a 44-ft catamaran, dropping anchor in a crystal-clear cove on the island of Lavezzi where he tries his hand at paddle boarding. Ainsley cooks up delicious seafood skewers with pepperonata, a Corsican mint omelette and has a masterclass in the famous Corsican wild boar stew at a family-run restaurant just outside Ajaccio. After a visit to a French boulangerie, he makes his own chestnut beignets.
