Heston Blumenthal: In Search of Perfection

To make a perfect risotto, Heston Blumenthal visits two Italian chefs - one uses gold leaf and saffron, the other instant coffee and anchovies. Visiting some Italian rice producers, he learns the importance of ageing the rice in barrels. Heston is struggling to come up with his twist, before he realises that the risotto should be `rice' flavoured.
