Trial & Retribution

A 15-year-old girl goes missing, and after receiving an anonymous tip-off the police find her bloodstained clothes. The detectives soon have two potential suspects - a man arrested for exposing himself to a group of girls, and the owner of the boathouse where the girl's clothes were found.
