The Hotel

It's the middle of the summer season and temperatures and tempers are rising at the Grosvenor. This is the hardest time of the year for staff, so in a bid to boost staff morale, Mark decides to gee up everyone with his latest idea: Employee of the Month. Finding a candidate is proving trickier than he thought and time is ticking for Mark to make a decision. Checking in this week are Christian, Patricia and three grandchildren.
