The Glimmer Man (1996)

A government agent is asked to resume his old role as a police officer to help catch a serial killer preying on the citizens of Los Angeles. Teamed with a local homicide detective, the agent discovers that the killer seems to know a lot about his past despite a change of occupation and identity.
