The Fly (1986)

An obsessed scientist decides to test his pioneering matter-transmitting device on himself. On entering the machine, he doesn't notice that a housefly has accompanied him. After the experiment, he begins to acquire fly-like characteristics, and undergoes a horrific transformation.
