Adrian Edmondson returns to visit the Wildman family farm in Kirkby Malham, where a year ago, dad Chris Wildman embarked on a plan to build a charcuterie on the farm. The building work is finally complete and Ade is there to attend the grand opening. Elsewhere, the Wensleydale Railway general manager Nigel Park outlines his fundraising plans.
