The Bill

PCs Kirsty Knight and Leon Taylor discover a woman's body on the local rubbish tip. She is identified as Luisa Dias and tests show that she had been drowned. Searching her flat, the officers find her brother Roberto. He tells them that she was on the verge of leaving her partner Dominic, but was worried about how he would react. Dominic and the couple's young son have disappeared, and the PCs worry about the boy's safety.
