The Bill

Smithy helps a man who has been slashed with a knife on the Jasmine Allen estate, and Carly Samuels, a young girl whom Smithy has been helping, gives him a description of the suspect - Eric Benton. Eric is beaten up by Carly's boyfriend Marlon Reed - who smugly tells the police that they have nothing on him. Carly tells Smithy that she's afraid of Marlon and wants to get out. Elsewhere, Beth and Nate rescue a young boy.
