Small Time Crooks (2000)

Ray is the leader of an incredibly inept gang planning to break into a bank from the empty shop next door, which he rents and turns into a cookie store, fronted by his wife Frenchy. While the heist is beset by problems, the cookies are a hit and the pair are soon running a multi-million dollar company, but Ray can't cope with his new-found wealth.
