Scrapheap Challenge

Robert Llewellyn and Cathy Rogers challenge two teams of amateur engineers to build - and race - a steam-powered car using just the junk around them on the programme's scrapheap. The wacky vehicles have to carry all four team members around three laps of a specially constructed Grand Prix circuit. The teams choose between a speedy and lightweight design and a more powerful steam engine to get them round the course.
