Scrapheap Challenge

The challenge is to build a car that thinks it's a boat. The teams have just one day to construct an amphibious vehicle out of scrap materials. Will the team of the Navy's finest win the day or will their bike-crazy opponents, the Bodgers, manage to sink them?
