Series 5 Episode 4: We Have Eyes on the ScammersEthical hacker Jim Browning has hacked into a scam call centre's CCTV system, so Nick and the team can watch as the scammers pretend to be mobile phone firm O2. They've locked on to a woman in north London, offering her a free SIM card upgrade, but in fact all they are trying to do is order themselves an expensive new phone and bill her for it. The only chance of intercepting both her and the scammers in time lies with our ground team.
