Saving Our Nurses

Newly qualified physiotherapist Esther is dreading her forthcoming move from the neurology department to outpatients, and the proposed switch is causing her some worrying health problems. Mentor Sarah battles to keep Esther's passion for her patients alive, but after just a few shifts in the new department Esther thinks it could be time to jump ship. When the pair meet, Sarah has feedback from one of Esther's patients that, in an emotional moment, makes her realise the huge impact she is having.
