Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue is joined in her kitchen by food critic Jimi Famurewa - a self-confessed picky eater, Jimi tells Prue how much he dislikes fruit in savoury food before she makes him a classic coronation chicken to try to change his mind. Prue is then particularly pleased with herself when she successfully poaches an egg for the first time in her life to go with her smoked haddock and mustard sauce - meanwhile, John heads off to Veg Matters, a business growing and selling vegetables locally.
