Phil Spencer: Secret Agent

In Stamford in the East Midlands, Phil Spencer works with Mark and Tina Harrison, whose three bed home is rammed to the rafters with robins, and the rest of the décor doesn't rock Phil's world either - especially as they're trying to sell to a much younger market who won't appreciate the frills. Phil also discovers a house with stains on almost every carpet that's being pitched at family buyers with no success.
