Phil Spencer: Secret Agent

Phil Spencer continues his efforts to give Britain's troublesome property market a shake up. Phil's two Scottish locations couldn't be more different, but both of the properties that are struggling to find a buyer suffer from absent owners. Patricia can't sell her 1950s three bed home in Edinburgh, while Phil tries to convince brothers John and Paul in Largs to clean up their act with their bungalow.
