Obese: A Year to Save My Life

Obesity is one of the biggest issues facing society today. Sobering statistics reveal that in the UK alone, nearly one in four adults and one in ten children aged between two and ten years old, are obese. In this series, nine dangerously overweight individuals attempt to shed more than half of their bodyweight before it's too late. First up is 40-year-old Julie.
