My Kitchen Rules

Which home cooks have the best kitchen in the UK? That's the question `My Kitchen Rules' hopes to answer in this competition that begins in the contestants' homes before moving into the studio. The two-person teams from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales are pitted against one another in cook-offs that challenge them to come up with their most mouth-watering menus. The winning pairs are then put through additional challenges of increasing difficulty - including catering for the public - before finally doing battle in the studio. Professional chefs Lorraine Pascale and Jason Atherton serve as judges throughout the competition and determine whose kitchen rules.
