Mulan (1998)

Based on one of China's most popular legends, this is the story of a brave young woman who wants to save the life of her ageing and ailing father. She knows he is bound to be killed in a battle against the Hun leader. So she disguises herself as a man and, with the help of her guardian dragon Mushu, becomes a brave and disciplined warrior - along the way learning important lessons about courage, honour and love.
