Madeline (1998)

A feisty orphan attempts to save her school from closure, in this light-hearted tale based on Ludwig Bemelmans's stories. As a boarder at a Parisian ladies' school, the young girl's life looks set to change dramatically when the school is put up for sale. Madeline, her noisy Spanish neighbour and her classroom pals battle against her sinister tutor and a devious Lord to save her precious home.
