Kirstie and Phil catch up with househunting couples in London. Sarah and Ian and Louise and Matt were two couples looking to buy their first homes together, but both couples needed to compromise on where to buy. Sarah and Ian had to looked beyond their beloved Balham, while Louise and Matt had second thoughts about settling in north east London.
