Location, Location, Location

Kirstie and Phil attempt to find homes for two sets of house hunters with very different needs in Derby and Nottingham. Single mum Jo Beck faces the emotional choices that many single parents have to deal with when looking to relocate with their kids. Kirstie meets adrenaline junkies Liz and John Fairfield, who want a home that's big enough to house all their outdoor sporting equipment.
