Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

When a cancer patient who's been growing cannabis in her flat is found raped and murdered, two high-school students are arrested. Each blames the other and prosecutors are faced with the dilemma of trying the older boy as an adult, despite the fact that he may not have been mentally capable of doing so.
