The 26th of April, 2024: primary school teacher Fiona Beal pleads guilty to the 2022 murder of her partner Nicholas Billingham at the Old Bailey, a genuinely extraordinary murder that involved Nicholas's body being hidden in the garden of the family home for months while Fiona claimed that he had left her for another woman.
