John and Lisa's Weekend Kitchen

John and Lisa have four gorgeously green dishes in their Weekend Kitchen this time, starting with Lisa's healthy and nourishing Green Goddess soup with garlic bread croutons. Next is their fish and chips with a vibrant side of peas and edamame before we then have Lisa's one tray roast chicken salad that is a lovely nutritious lunch or dinner - last up is John's tangy and tempting roast pineapple with lime posset and crumble.
