John and Lisa's Weekend Kitchen

John and Lisa are banishing the Winter blues with a colourful menu in their Weekend Kitchen. They start with John's baked eggs served with a roasted tomato and potato bread. Then, Lisa has a beautifully simple pea, pancetta and chicken tray bake. Also on offer are a perfectly cooked sea bass with preserved lemon potatoes. And Lisa turns dessert on its head with her peach upside down cake.
