Jimmy's Taste of Florida

Jimmy starts his journey in central Florida by visiting the Universal Studios Resort where he meets executive chef Jens for a culinary tour of some of the park's distinctive restaurants and indulges in a thrilling rollercoaster ride - he then heads to the suburbs of Orlando to explore a community growing project with local chef Mike and is given a masterclass in sushi making using locally-caught fish.
