Jeremy Pang's Asian Kitchen

Jeremy makes some dishes to feed and please a crowd, starting with delicious steamed bao with black pepper beef shortrib filling - a perfect party platter. Plus, Jeremy teaches student Joe Swash how to make another classic, salt and pepper chilli squid with homemade sweet chilli sauce. Jeremy also fires up the barbecue to make his delicious soy chicken burritos and for dessert, pandan Swiss roll.
