When the Queen goes on vacation, the King is left with lots of responsibilities so he leaps into action, to find someone else to do it. Rita offers to help the King, if she's made Queen of Jammbo! At first, all the kids are happy that one of their own is in charge, but soon the fun and games are replaced by games that make only Rita happy. How can they stop power going to the tiny Queen's head?
