James Martin: Yorkshire's Finest

It's sweet-tooth time as James cooks by the harbour in the small fishing town of Whitby and takes his inspiration from a visit to a famous local tea shop, making puff pastry hearts with cream and raspberry jam, banana pancakes with chocolate and hazelnut spread and vanilla and marmalade ice cream.
