Indian Food Made Easy

Anjum Anand travels to Cornwall where self-taught chefs Nirmal and Louis are about to face the challenge of cooking at a local pub's curry night. They decide to best way to please the customers is to start with a regional favourite - fish - but as they haven't used it in Indian food much, Anjum takes them to the famous Looe fish market, and shows them how to make a south Indian coconut fish curry.
