Documentary series going behind the scenes at Britain's biggest and busiest international airport - London Heathrow. The final episode focuses on Departures and the process of getting 100,000 passengers on board their flights on time every day. Dispatcher Callie and ramp manager Steve have a problem when a passenger disappears after checking in. In security, Sundeep and his team have to search an unusually dressed traveller and deal with a man who is unhappy about having his bag searched.
