Fireman Sam

Norman builds a new go-cart from items that he has collected from around Pontypandy, although he hasn't always asked permission to use them. After a precarious test drive with the resuscitation dummy, he is certain that it is safe. He only finds out that he forgot to include any brakes when he ends up in the sea.
