Escape to the Country

Nicki Chapman heads north to Leicestershire to help a couple of hoteliers find their perfect retirement home. After moving house twelve times they've decided to put down roots. With a budget of £350,000, the couple are looking for a three bedroom detached house with plenty of space and light, a good sized reception room, a hobby room each and a garden large enough for a vegetable patch.
