Dermot's Taste of Ireland

On the rugged shores of Ballintoy, famed as the Iron Islands in Game of Thrones, Dermot journeys into the Atlantic with local fisherman Gordy, in search of the thrill of the catch along one of Ireland's most dramatic coastlines. Back ashore, Gordy and Dermot cook up their catch, transporting Dermot back to his childhood. Dermot travels to Bushmills, and steps into the kitchen of acclaimed restaurant Tartine.
