As doctors work to re-align his limb, his mother, Vassie, discusses her journey from Bulgaria to the UK. 62-year-old Rosina has come to St George's having broken her wrist on the dance floor at a family party, and shares her parents' experience as Italian immigrants in post-war Bedford.
