17 Again (2009)

In 1989, high school student Mike O'Donnell's hopes of a great basketball career were put on hold when his girlfriend Scarlett fell pregnant and he did the right thing by her. Now, the adult O'Donnell is down on his luck: he's lost his job, and has separated from his wife and children. On a nostalgic trip back to his old school, he bumps into a mysterious caretaker who reverts him to his 17-year-old self.
